Okay, this local gem is hidden in plain sight by that I mean on the main thorough fare through a city. The coleslaw scored a 5 burp rating, which means you would want to taste it again for all the flavors, outstanding! The chicken should be in its own Hall of Fame, in the homemade tortillas and salsa great. Although when eaten alone, you can appreciate the juiceness of the meat, the slight flame on the skin, which all combines to allow the meat to leave the bone clean without any effort. Hands down the best chicken, I have every eaten!!!!! Oh, save room to try the shrimp taco just to see the cooking experience of the person on the grill.

Wow this chicken! So delicious and a perfect portion for two people, we ate dinner and lunch from the combo. Fresh made tortillas and the salad and rice also superb. Don't drive past them!!

Best Mexican food ever. Limited menu, like In-N-Out Burger. Just great at chicken/carne asada tacos or chicken/steak plates with delicious tortillas. Idon't even like Maiz de tortillas, but these were awesome. Plate/meal comes with rice and coleslaw (at least i think it's coleslaw). Whatever it is, the rice, tortilla, and coleslaw together was the perfect combination.

This place is fabulous! The best fish and shrimp tacos I’ve ever had! The tortillas are great. And the pollo asado - so good! Even the flavored water was great. Fresh authentic Mexican food; can’t be beat. And the prices can’t be beat either. Dine in (roadside) or carry out. (Do be prepared with at least limited Spanish).

This is literally my favorite chicken place in the whole world. The chicken is expertly spiced and grilled and comes with rice, cole slaw, charred onion, grilled jalapeno and many sauces to accompany. This is the perfect spot to go to after a surf. Its super casual and almost always packed. Do not miss this spot!
